Recently I asked people at a Trade show 'On a scale of 0-10 how important is a healthy work/life balance?' The scores ranged from 9-11 and the reasons they gave me were that its very important for mental health, relationships, reduce stress and burn out. It's also very important for a sense of satisfaction, happiness and purpose to 'know your why' We can have some areas of out life that are working well and other areas that could be improved.
